Lacoste is proud to reveal the “René Lacoste” court located in Troyes, its historic birthplace
In line with our commitment to turning equal opportunities into a reality, we strive to make tennis accessible to young people from all backgrounds, firmly believing sport to be a powerful lever for social and professional integration.
We are pleased to unveil this court on the land of the Crocodile in Troyes. Renovated in partnership with the city to provide local youth easier access to tennis, it aims at enabling as many people as possible to practice this wonderful sport. This new initiative is part of an inclusion program launched together with the association Etendart. Since 2020 we have inaugurated several courts globally, including in France, Brazil, and the United-States.
The inauguration took place on June 17 in the presence of 4 of our ambassadors: tennis champions Nathalie Dechy, Guy Forget, Arnaud Clément and Julien Benneteau.
