Our compensation policy is built on a fundamental principle: recognizing each person’s contribution to the Maison’s success fairly and equitably. 

Compensation is determined based on level of responsibility, individual and collective performance, and market standards, which are regularly benchmarked through comparative studies. 

It aims to reward commitment, support employee development, and sustain Lacoste’s overall performance. 

Throughout employees’ careers, particular attention is paid to fairness and gender parity, from recruitment through career progression, including fixed and variable compensation policies. 

Lacoste is committed to providing its employees with a baseline of social protection that allows them to work with peace of mind, wherever they are. 

Deployed globally, this framework rests on two pillars: health and welfare protection.   

Among the measures in place, a minimum of 12 weeks of maternity leave at 100% pay is guaranteed, so that everyone can fully experience key moments in family life. Where local regulations or market practices are more favorable, those apply instead.
