Since October 22nd, Lacoste has been associated with the Unlocking Gender Parity in Fashion initiative, which reinforces our commitment to diversity, inclusion and gender equality.
Launched by Ralph Lauren & Parity.org, the initiative commits its signatories to implement a roadmap for parity and equality among employees at all levels of the company.
This approach brings together, major players in the fashion industry such as Tiffany & Co. as well as the PVH Group and Movado. At the level of our brand, this initiative will be used, starting next year, to develop concrete action plans adapted to the realities and cultures of each of our markets.
Lacoste has always been very committed to parity and equality. These notions, which are fundamental, go far beyond the competition in our markets. It is a fight that we have to wage collectively, as a global industry. This initiative as an opportunity to share best practices, to exchange ideas with other companies and to challenge each other on the resources we have at our disposal.
